Print of a tin type of Grandpa Libbey (Everett)

Grandpa and Grandma photographed the original tin type, had (or made) this enlargement. Then Grandma hand colored the picture. If you look carefully, you can see the brace behind Grandpa that was to help him stand still during the several minute exposure time.

The frame is an ornate gold one. I think that Grandma found it under the eaves at the farm in Maine.
